The break between Austrian Gaming Industries GmbH and TCS John Huxley Ltd
The well-known Austrian Gaming Industries GmbH (AGI) decided to stop cooperation with the UK Company TCS John Huxley Ltd in the sphere of sales and distribution of their brand Novomatic electronic table game product range, which are also known as multiplayer games.
The Austrian company informs that this cooperation will stop on 31st July, 2015.
The company doesn’t comment on the reasons of their decision and it doesn’t answer the email requests to provide additional information on the subject.
As AGI has informed, “As and from August, 2015 AGI will fully govern all international sales and dispensation of its multiplayer product range pointedly, through its subsidiary firms in some dominions and with the aid of reliable distribution partners in exact markets. TCS John Huxley will still own access to software and spare parts support, by the way of AGI approved local channels, for this NOVOMATIC product range and thus may propose related services in certain designated markets.”
The Sales Director of AGI Mr Jens Einhaus said, “AGI is eager to thank TCS John Huxley for its long commitment to NOVOMATIC (check Dolphin Pearl Deluxe Slot) and its market leading multiplayer product range. Although circumstances now dictate that AGI will now convey commercial amenability for these products back ‘in house’, the length of our work with TCS John Huxley and the first-class mutual dealings that our companies have shared have been a major factor in the fortune of NOVOMATIC multiplayer products internationally. For that I want to express our thanks for the great professional relation that AGI has offered over the years with TCS John Huxley.”
